This version of R package “model Evaluation and Analysis’ includes some bug fixes. It also includes some new functions ( predPlot , confusionLabel , and mod2obspred ) It implements more classes (‘gam’, ‘gbm’ and ‘randomForest’) besides ‘glm’ for the ‘ model ‘ argument in most functions.
